The horse riding starts from Mysore and rides through the villages, temples & monuments around Mysore. Expert horsemen select the routes. It passes through some of the finest un-trodden terrain that Mysore has to offer. Mysore is known as the city of palaces & the city of sandalwood & silk saris. Enroute one can see lakes, rivers, bird sanctuary, ancient temples, water falls that represent the rich cultural heritage & the flora & fauna of South India. It provides an opportunity to the tourists to come closer to the local people and peep into their culture, customs, way of life and other rituals, which is not possible for the normal tourist. Princess horse riding has got a team of such experts who can cast a spell on the minds of tourists and that will be an everlasting experience. You can choose between one of the finest string of thoroughbred, half-bred horses, Indian bred Marwari and Kathiawari horses. The thoroughbred horses are retired from racing and are excellent horses to ride, so are the Marwari & Kathiawari horses (our horses are pure-bred Marwari, with deep seats and characterized by ears that meet at the tip forming a heart). Average distance covered daily is 25-30 kilometers.

Princess horse riding Routes

A) The Tariffs for Horse Riding Holidays

Day 01 : ARRIVE BANGALORE
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 : BANGALORE-MYSORE
Afternoon half day city tour.

Day 03 : MYSORE - NANDIGUDA (Distance to be covered 35 KMS)
0700 Hrs: Breakfast at the hotel.
0730 Hrs: Hotel checkout, thereafter transfer to the start point of horse riding horse riding.
0815 Hrs: Start for the horse riding. Start from Mysore and ride through Canals, sugarcane and paddy fields and reach Nandigunda for night halt.
The ride is for 35 kms. Evening entertainment by local Folk Artists followed by dinner.

Day 04 : NANDIGUDA - UKALLGERE
0700 Hrs: Morning tea would be served.
0730 Hrs: Breakfast after which leave on horses for the horse riding.
The ride is through small villages and across canals. Break for lunch at river near Somnathpur. Later ride to Ukallgere through paddy & ragi fields
fields and coconut gardens. Small hills and a temple a top one of the hills surround Ukallgere a village. Evening entertainment by folk dance and later dinner at the camps after retire for the night.

DAY 05 : UKALLGERA - TALAKADU
0700 Hrs: Morning tea would be served.
0730 Hrs: Breakfast after which leave on horses for the horse riding.
Talakadu we will go through the canals, fields and coconut gardens .The camp is about 6 to10 kms from the village. It is a place of Historical interest.
If time permits we can visit the temples buried under the sand.
entertainment by folk dance and later dinner at the camps after retire for the night.

Day 06 : TALAKADU - T. NARASIPURA (Distance to be covered 40 Kms)
0700 Hrs: Morning tea would be served.
0730 Hrs: Breakfast after which leave on horses for the horse riding.
T. Narasipura is about 30 km from Talakadu. The ride will be through canals and fields. Evening a ride with bullock-carts.

Day 07 : Rest day at T,Nanarsipur for the night no riding in the morning and evening take short ride for about 3hours and return to the camp.
Evening entertainment by folk artist. . later dinner at the camps after retire for the night.

Day 08 : After break ride to Suttur the ride ia about 30km in between stop for tea breakat 10am for 20minutes and ride on till lunch at 1 pm .
Lunch and rest till 3.30 pm and start to ride at 3.45 pm and reach the camp at 6 pm enroute visit the museum and go to camp. Shower and get ready for folk entertainment and have dinner and reire for the night.

Day 09 : after break fast leave to Nanjungud the ride is about 25 28 km tea breakat 10am for 20minutes and ride on till lunch at 1 pm . Lunch and rest till 3.30 pm and start to ride at 3.45 pm and enroute we visit to the Nanjundeswara temple reach the camp at 6 pm. Shower and get ready for folk entertainment and have dinner and reire for the night.

Day 10 : after break fast leave to Hadinaru village or kmow village of 16 . the ride is bout 25 28 km tea breakat 10am for 20minutes and ride on till lunch at 1 pm . Lunch and rest till 3.30 pm and start to ride at 3.45 pm reach the camp at 6 pm. Shower and get ready for folk entertainment and have dinner and reire for the night.

Day 11 : After breakfast we leave to Bangalore enroute we visit Srirangapattana reach Bangalore in the evening to hotel if time permit visit a pub and retire for the night.

Day 12 : after breakfast we say goodbye and the tour ends here.

In time transfer to airport to connect flight back home.

Most of the time we will be riding through mud roads, fields, Cannel, Coconut garden, and some time we may have to cross and ride on Cement Road near villages for about 2km approximately. We will try to avoid the Cement road. Generally we will be covering about 15 to 25 km per day.

Breakfast between 7am to7.30am.

The start of the riding (between) 8am to 8.30am sharp

Morning ride for 2hours

Tea break 10.30am 1/2hour

Mid Lunch ride for 2hours

Lunch 1pm to 3.45pm

Evening ride 3.45 pm to65pm

Evening riding will be for 1hour 15 minutes.

Start with Folk Entertainment and dinner, 7pm onwards.

PS Note I will be accompany the riders at all time only some time if my health is nit good.

B) Riding Holidays for 4 nights / 5 days

Day 1 Hadinaru - Day 2 Nanjungudu - Day 3 Suttur - Day 4 T.Narasipura - Day 5 visit the temple in T. Narasipura and the ride ends by noon.

C) Riding Holidays for 2 nights at Ooty

Day 1 start the ride from the Fern Hill Palace - ride through the old fox hunting routes through the Niligiri hills - lunch will be served at a scenic spot en route – after a brief rest ride back to Regency Villa (place of accommodation) – the ride is for about 6 to 7 hours.
Day 2 start from Regency Villa ride through the scrub jungles of the Niligiri’s – this is a 4 hour ride and return to Regency villa.

Accommodation in Deluxe Tents

At the end of an adventurous day guests will be accommodated in deluxe tents with toilets, common shower. The saddlery used is English and Cavalry. Clients are requested to bring their Hard Hats and Boots. A light sweater / jacket are recommended for the evenings, and don't forget a pair of binoculars. Clients are requested to advice us of their height, weight and riding experience to enable us to match horse to rider.

Terms and conditions

	The distance covered daily ranges from 25 to 35 kms.On horse riding please see that you travel as light as possible.
	The itineraries and routes offered are subject to change by the management without prior notice.
	The food served is continental, Chinese and Indian cuisines (bland) - both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.Package includes:-
